Fixing Odometer Entry Mistakes

Fixing Odometer Entry Mistakes

If you have made a mistake and need to correct an odometer reading:
- Select the piece of equipment from the Equipment List.
- Select the Equipment Summary Tab
- Click "Update Odometer and Hours" button
- Click "View All For This Equipment"
- Click in the space with the incorrect odometer reading and click "Delete Record", then click "Yes"
- After you have finished correcting your mistake click the "Update and Close" button.

This will delete an incorrect odometer entry and allow you to then enter the correct number.

Remember you cannot enter a lower mileage than what is currently entered, it must always be a higher odometer reading so you will need to remove any records that have been entered incorrectly.
